On the next page, select "Join as a student".

Click "Create account", if you don't have one yet.

Click "Create Account and Continue Joining", when the fields are filled.

Save the payment information.

You must agree IEEE terms of and conditions.

Finish the payment.

You will receive an e-mail with link to the order information after succesful payment.

Log in (http://www.ieee.org/go/receipt) and find your order receipt.

Print your receipt. It could be refunded accordint to the possibilities of your department.
