5.1 Time-domain modeling of wire antennas by method of moments

Matlab program

Program in Matlab for the analysis of the wire dipole in the time domain is available here. The implicit algorithm is implemented in the m-file. The source is described in detail, and the important parts of the script are discussed in the layer D. At the beginning of the script it is possible to choose the parameters of the analyzed dipole and the excitation pulse. The results of the analysis are depicted in four independent windows (the excitation pulse, the current response in the center of the dipole, the real and the imaginary part of the input impedance computed from the excitation pulse and the computed current response).
