Geometrical optics

Geometrical optics is a method for the solution of wave phenomena in complex media. The method adopted the conception of wave propagation along beams from the classical geometrical optics. On the contrary, geometrical optics enables us to compute amplitude and phase variations of field intensity and wave polarization when wave propagates in the media of continuously changing parameters.
