Quality factor of a resonator

Quality factor of an arbitrary resonant circuit of angular frequency ω₀ is given by

Q = \frac{ω_{0} W}{P_{Z}}

where W is energy of electromagnetic field in a circuit, and P_Z is lost power in a circuit.
