The instrument provides determination of fluorescence of samples in the ELISA plate format (96 wells). The optical analyzer enables measurement of absorbance in the range 230-1000 nm and the fluorescence in the range 230-850 nm. For excitation Xe flash lamp with frequency of 40 Hz is used. Moreover, the system enables thermostatic run in the temperature range from 5°C above the ambient temperature up to 42°C as well as kinetic measurements and plate shaking.
