The device will be used for DNA amplification by quantitative PCR and endpoint PCR. Thermal cycler will serve for amplification of specific sequences of nucleic acids, quantification of DNA content in the sample, gene expression analysis, endpoint PCR and analysis of melting curves. The software allows comparison, analysis and data evaluation. The machine is compatible with all commonly used fluorescent tags.
