Vector signal analyzer provides capabilities for the measurement and evaluation of the physical layer properties and impact of the wireless communication channel on the signal. The analyzer is a tool for evaluation of the physical layer performance in various scenarios, like multipath propagation, user mobility with Doppler shift and so on. In case of algorithm development, analyzer can be used for verification of the developed/implemented algorithm performance (PAPR reduction for OFDM, PA nonlinearity modeling etc.). With digital standards options, also provides tool for hardware performance and conformance testing.
