IR measurement in Time domain

M8. IR measurement in time domain (December 2014). The IR measurement performed in 2013 revealed some shortcomings of the IR measurement setup (e.g. limited modulation depth of the Mach-Zehnder modulator or large coupling loses between optical fibers and optical sets (lenses)) resulting in very small SNR. For the new measurements the coupling loses were reduced by the modification and improvement of the mechanical parts of the transmitting (TX) and receiving (RX) lenses leading to better focusation of the optical beams into the optical fibers.
